Galerie Forsblom is excited to announce participation at the Armory Show 2020!
The gallery is proud to present Nordic artists who draw inspiration from an art-historical framework, more specifically, the Rococo movement. Today, Rococo seems contemporary with its many connections to the present day. Therefore, artists find it appropriate to refer to this visual lexicon of joyous lust for life. Our Nordic artist roster includes Finnish sculptor Emma Helle and painter Heikki Marila who especially take inspiration from this era.
In addition, the gallery is delighted to show works by established Nordic and international artists such as Stephan Balkenhol, Anna Camner, Charlotte Gyllenhammar, Peter Halley, Jacob Hashimoto, Jason Martin, Donald Sultan, Kim Simonsson, Toni R. Toivonen and Jannis Varelas.
